Change is still in the air at British fashion brand Jaeger, which has been trading poorly for years. The label has now lost its Omni-Channel Director, Caroline Lee, and CFO Harminder Atwal is also exciting the company.

A Jaeger spokesperson said: “We would like to thank Caroline Lee, Omni-Channel Director, and Harminder Atwal, Chief Financial Officer for their contribution to the company and wish them every success for their respective futures. The process to fill their roles is well underway and Jaeger is making encouraging progress in its transformation plans with the full support and assistance of Better Capital.”

Atwal had been at Jaeger since 2014, having joined the retailer from Mothercare, where he was Director of Finance. Lee was previously the COO of Jaeger and was promoted to its Omni-Channel Director in 2015.

Earlier this year, owner Better Capital made the surprise decision to not sell the label, as it had had offers but none that met the asking price. The brand left its Regent Street flagship store in January. Jaeger is valued at just £37m as of last year, despite Better Capital having put £63m into the brand since it rescued it in 2012.
